Late Policy

We have been experiencing a number of clients arriving significantly late for their pet's vet appointment. While we know that appointment tardiness isn't intentional... arriving late for your vet appointment results in reduced time for our doctors to examine your pet and potentially delays the following pet's appointment start time. Help us help you and your pet have their optimal visit. Plan ahead and be on time. If you are 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we will require you to reschedule your pet's appointment to a different day and time. Don't be late!!!
