Shannon graduated from the Rochester Community and Technical College's Veterinary Technician Program with an Associate's Degree in 2014.  Shannon has been working for the West Salem Veterinary Clinic as a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2014, becoming out Team Lead Technician in 2018.  Shannon is skilled at working with the doctors in the clinic, seeing and meeting their requests (almost before they ask) and helping them progress efficiently through the busy day. She juggles managing her technician team, reviewing training protocols, maintaining equipment, inventory and everything in between! She works hard to give every patient kind words and gentle touches to make their experience at the West Salem Veterinary Clinic as pleasant as possible.

When Shannon is not working she likes to spend time outdoors and visiting with family and friends.  She also cares for an extensive crew of “fur babies” at home!
